Earl Winter
Founder, Chairman, & CEO

Previously Mr. Winter was Founder, Chairman, and CEO of nTelagent/RevPoint a Healthcare IT company that provided a retail application for the healthcare industry. nTelagent/RevPoint was sold to Availity in May of 2014. Mr. Winter has over 30 years of experience building and growing businesses, new ventures, and industry-level practices within the electronic commerce, telecommunications, data networking, CRM, and business process outsourcing industries. He spent eight years at Nortel Networks where he was one of the founding members of the Meridian Norstar Division, considered to be Nortel’s most successful new business launch. He spent over ten years in electronic commerce and business process outsourcing at GE Information Services, Sterling Commerce, MSX, and ClientLogic where he built telecommunications, electronics, and utility practices for those companies. Mr. Winter held the position of VP of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for Telco Research a telecommunications software company, and was instrumental in growing the business from $17 million to $40 million resulting in its sale and an increase of over 500% in stockholders' equity.

Robert Lane
Executive VP - Product Development

Previously Mr. Lane was a founder of nTelagent/RevPoint.  Mr. Lane has over 25 years of experience launching and developing new products and businesses across the healthcare, electronic commerce, telecommunications, human capital, and engineering services market spaces.  Mr. Lane has held executive-level positions with DuPont, Nortel Networks, GE and Cable & Wireless Communications.  Mr. Lane has also held a key position with venture-back firms (MSX International/Citicorp Venture Capital and Alternative Resources Corporation/Wind Point Partners). Mr. Lane is the Founder of CAR Technologies a tier-one supplier to the global automotive and battery industries, which focuses on the design and product validation for hybrid and electric vehicle technologies.

BJ Yrkovich
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Yurkovich is Founder and President of Technicity, a technology development company that works with both start-ups and established companies on technical and business innovation. Prior to 2014, Mr. Yurkovich served as Chief Technology Officer of Juice Technologies. BJ is a research scientist at Ohio State with graduate and undergraduate degrees in engineering and computer science.  Mr. Yurkovich specializes in systems architecture and applied software development, embedded systems, and data acquisition, along with engineering-specific end-user application development.   He is a regular collegiate lecturer and TV and print news guest commentator on information security-related topics.

Matt Seefeld
Advisor

Mr. Seefeld is SVP Business Development of MedEvolve, Inc., responsible for all business development and sales activity for the company for new and existing business expansion including strategic partnerships. Prior to MedEvolve, Matt as Founder / Chairman & CEO of Interpoint Partners, LLC.  Matt sold Interpoint to Streamline Health (NASDAQ: STRM) in December 2011 and served on the Senior Executive team through 2014. Interpoint Partners' offered the solutions necessary to simplify, facilitate, and optimize overall operating performance for healthcare providers with real-time data access and reporting engine, and a robust workflow management system.

Claudia Birkenshaw-Garabelli

Ms. Birkenshaw-Garabelli has held director-level revenue cycle positions for both hospital and physician providers and is a nationally recognized expert in the healthcare revenue cycle, especially front and back-end activities (registration/billing/collections). Claudia is an author and nationally recognized speaker on "revenue cycle excellence" and created the two-day revenue cycle boot camp for the national Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Her leadership experience focuses on analyzing problems to implementing best practices in daily operations. She served as the Director of Patient Accounts in charge of the revenue cycle team of a Central Business Office across 24 counties with multiple clinical specialties and $340 Million in annual revenues. Ms. Birkenshaw-Garabelli is an active voting member of the National Uniform Billing Committee (NUBC) and participates in National Uniform Claim Committee (NUCC) which is named in the HIPAA legislation as the organization that determines codes and their definitions used on the healthcare billing forms, the UB-04 and the CMS 1500 (HCFA).
